MagO® Cladding System
The Green, Affordable Alternative to Fibre-Cement
MagO Cladding is a durable, clip applied, non-combustible cladding system suitable for commercial, institutional, and residential construction projects. It provides an integral 15mm (5/8 inch) pressure equalized drainage cavity. The cladding panels mate with 4-sided shiplap connections reducing the need for caulking and improving the system’s ability to shed water.
Residential, Commercial, and Institutional buildings
Non-combustible panels, ASTM E136, CAN/ULC S135
Insulated systems up to R60 at only 55mm thick including 15mm drain cavity.
High strength, negative wind loads tested to > 130 psf (>240 mph wind loads), when secured on all sides using full-length clips.

MagO Cladding Panels
Left side: Vacuum insulation panels provide R63 per inch thickness. These panels are positioned between MagO spacer blocks which provide secure fastening for the clips with a thermal break.
Right side: MagO Cladding system over rigid insulation, polyisocyanurate, high density mineral wool or XPS etc. In most cases the clips can be placed directly to the foam panels allowing for continuous insulation with no requirement for spacer blocks behind the clips

MagO Cladding Benefits
Sustainable
MgO board has very low carbon footprint and it can be recycled or re-purposed. It is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Absorbs and sequesters atmospheric CO2
Fast & Easy installation
Easy to handle panels. Light weight materials ( around 1.5 lb / sq ft ) are easy to handle and reduce building dead-loads.
Durable
MagO boards are virtually impervious to wet-dry and freeze thaw cycling, fire, insects, impact and moulds.
Cost Effective
Affordable materials and fastest installation make MagO cladding hard to beat.
Reduces sound transmission
MagO Boards reduce sound transmission better than gypsum, add VIPs for ultimate performance.
Design Options
Wide range of finishes and custom sizes available.
fast and easy installation with minimal parts
A choice of edge profiles provides differing appearances from seamless appearing facades to distinct “channel” connections.
