The development and management team at CBT has over a century of experience in construction; specifically in engineering, building envelope design, design and manufacturing prefabricated structures, supply chain management, QA and sales and marketing. We are dedicated to finding better ways, better materials, health and safety benefits and environmental sustainability. The collection of MagO Cladding Systems brings all of these to a focal point.
Peter Francis
CEO, Founder and managing partner of CBT
Peter has decades of hands-on experience designing and manufacturing building components that are easy to transport, erect and install in local, distant, and offshore locations. He is certified to CSA Z277 for factory-built housing.
Peter also founded MOCA, the Magnesium Oxide Cement Association and is its Executive Director. MOCA is instrumental in domestic standards development and supply chain QA for magnesia ceramic-cement boards.

Jak is the managing partner at McCuaig and Associates Engineering and for well over 20 years has been providing consulting services for mechanical systems and building envelopes.
Victor Schlesinger, MBA, P.Eng.

Victor Schlesinger is powerful business driver whose unique blend of operational and technical expertise has carried several companies through rapid growth and performance improvement. He has an MBA from a top Canadian business school and is a registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical, Non-Practicing) in the province of British Columbia.
As a business executive, Victor is focused on enhancing the performance basics: revenue, operating margins, and cash flow. He led teams and managed business processes from market research, sales, customer relations, to production in USA, Germany, Romania, UK, China, and other countries.
Working within ISO9001 environment, he owned responsibilities ranging from strategic planning and implementation, product and market research, continuous improvement, cost control, operations, and procedures, to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. He has a solid customer relationship and project management skills, as well as experience with third party accreditations like ISO, UL, ULC, FM, CSA, NSF, and others.
